THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE “TERMS”) APPLY TO ALL TRAVEL PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES FROM GOTOURGLOBAL AND GOVERN THE CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND GOTOURGLOBAL.

This Agreement is between you the [“User” or “you’’ or" "Traveler”] and Cylock Inc d.b.a GoTourGlobal (“GoTourGlobal”, “we”, “us’’, “our”). The use of GoTourGlobal products/services is subject to the terms and conditions below including any correspondence, documents, and terms and conditions of our suppliers which all form the basis of the contract with you. GoTourGlobal reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the user. The updated version will replace any previous versions.

GoTourGlobal is proud to be IATAN Certified, offering professional and trustworthy travel experiences worldwide.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Please carefully read all the Terms and Conditions of this contract before accessing, using, or booking any product/service with GoTourGlobal. By accessing, using or booking any of our product/service, you agree to accept and be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein and acknowledge that you :

  • Have read and understand these Terms and Conditions
  • Accept and agree to be legally bound by these terms,
  • You are of sufficient age to use our products/services and can create binding legal obligations in connection with your use.
  • The information supplied by you, or designated representative is true and correct,
  • You are legally authorized to act on behalf of those you represent and accept these terms and conditions on their behalf, and
  • You are aware that these Terms and Conditions contain waivers of liability as well as waiver of class action, venue selection, and notice clauses, all of which affect your legal rights.

The user or client that made/confirmed the booking is deemed to be the designated contact person for all other individuals named in such a booking and as such, your acceptance of these terms represents all parties in your booking.

If you do not agree with all of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, you should not use any of our services/products.

2. IDENTIFICATION

Guests must make reservations in the full name that matches their passport and or government issued ID/document that they will use for travel. You are responsible for making sure your names are correct on invoice/booking confirmation.If you need to make any changes to a name after 24hrs have lapsed after booking was confirmed, you will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable. Please note that name changes to airline reservations require the Company to fully cancel and rebook a new traveler.

3. PASSPORT, VISAS, AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid passport and all appropriate visas, permits, certificates, vaccination or health certificates, and/or other required documentation (“Documentation”) for the countries, jurisdictions, parks, areas, etc. you will visit during the travel destination. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. GoTourGlobal is not responsible if you are denied entry or exit to/from any country or location due to a lack of valid documentation.

CHILDREN: All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The minimum age for children on tours is 16. Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of their children. Please note that many countries have adopted practices to prevent international abductions of children. If a person under the age of 18 years will be traveling with an adult other than his/her parents or with only one parent, a notarized letter written by the parents, or non-traveling parent, granting authorization to travel, including the dates of travel, should be carried.

4. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Life happens and priorities change, losing the money you paid for your trip is painful. GoTourGlobal strongly recommends you purchase Travel Insurance that provides coverage for Trip Cancellation including additional cancel for any reason coverage, emergency medical expense/evacuation/repatriation, Interruption, Baggage Loss, and more. You are required to purchase travel insurance yourself for domestic and international trips. GoTourGlobal is not responsible for any Losses you incur and/or sustain. You are responsible for obtaining your own travel insurance cover.You are responsible to ensure that your personal travel insurance covers you for any and all activities that form part of the itinerary of the Trips that you are booking. If you have any questions about your travel protection, contact your insurer or insurance agent.

Certain countries have requirements for foreign visitors to have valid medical insurance. GoTourGlobal cannot be held responsible for denied entry if a traveler is unable to provide documentation of insurance to respective authorities of such countries.

Failure to obtain travel protection / insurance is at the traveler’s own risk and could result in the loss of your travel cost and / or require more money to correct the situation. You also acknowledge that without travel insurance, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs or expenses incurred and we will not be liable for any of your losses.

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

  • A user account is automatically created for you upon completing a trip booking online or manually paying the required deposit for a trip package.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify GoTourGlobal immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • GoTourGlobal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks or in the event of Fraud, abuse, or policy violation.
  • GoTourGlobal reserves the right to deny service or restrict access to features without prior notice for security or regulatory reasons.

6. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, & REFUNDS

Group Trips / Retreats

  • Cancellations & Refunds: Any cancellation made after 24-hour cancellation period of the initial purchase date for applicable group trip/retreat shall not be entitled to any refund. All payments (deposit and installments) to GoTourGlobal are non-refundable. GoTourGlobal operates under a strict no-refund policy due to contractual agreements with various vendors and highly recommend you secure travel insurance for your payments protection. For land only packages (hotel and tours), you are allowed to transfer the reservation to a family member or friend to attend the trip on your behalf, however, you are responsible for finding the replacement. You are also responsible for the name change fees. If you need to cancel or transfer a booking, contact us as soon as possible in writing to bookings@gotourglobal.com
  • Payments: Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. All reservations can be paid in full at the time of the booking as long as the trip has space available. If the installments option is chosen, you must pay all installments on their respective due dates. Automatic billing is available at no charge for convenience.Your authorization is an agreement for us to charge your card and an acknowledgement and agreement to these terms and conditions including the cancellation terms. As such you agree not to make any improper chargebacks.
  • Late Payment: Failure to make payment within agreed upon date is a breach of contract (unless an exception had been obtained with GoTourGlobal ahead of the due date). Late payment will be subject to a late fee of $100 for the instalments and for the final instalment, late payment may result in the cancellation of your experience.
  • Price and rate changes: All group trips/retreats are based on a minimum number of participants. GoTourGlobal makes every effort to ensure that trips meet their minimum requirements. However, if the trip drops below the minimum number of participants, cancellation of the trip may occur at the sole discretion of GoTourGlobal. In such a case, we may increase the price of the trip, offer alternative trip dates or other travel arrangements, or provide you with a travel credit. You may choose to accept these arrangements or to cancel your booking, in which case a full refund or travel credit will be provided.

Private Trips

  • Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. All reservations can be paid in full at the time of the booking.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receiving an official confirmation from GoTourGlobal.
  • Cancellation and refund terms vary depending on hotel and airfare reserved and as such you should review the cancellation and refund policy included in the invoice or booking confirmation.

Cancellation by GoTourGlobal

  • If GoTourGlobal cancels a group trip due to operational reasons, travelers will be offered: A full refund, or the option to reschedule or transfer credit to another available trip.
  • GoTourGlobal partners with airlines, hotels, transport companies, tour operators, and other third-party vendors. If cancellation is due to a partner canceling due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, the cancellation term applicable will be subject to the cancellation terms of the partner.
  • Cancellation and refund terms vary depending on hotel and airfare reserved and as such you should review the cancellation and refund policy included in the invoice or booking confirmation.
  • Cancellations due to global epidemics, pandemics or safety or regulatory reasons will be subject to terms the various vendors/partners provide on such circumstances. GoTourGlobal recommends you to obtain travel insurance coverage.

7. CHARGEBACKS

Customers may, in certain circumstances, have the ability to dispute transactions through their credit card issuer (“chargeback”). Prior to initiating any chargeback request, GoTourGlobal requires that you first contact us in writing at support@gotourglobal.com to allow us the opportunity to review and address any concerns regarding the transaction in question. GoTourGlobal will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve all disputes in good faith.

By utilizing our services to make a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by GoTourGlobal’s cancellation and refund policies. GoTourGlobal expressly reserves the right to contest any chargeback that is determined to be improper or unsupported and to recover from the customer any related expenses incurred as a result of such dispute, including, without limitation, administrative costs, collection expenses, and reasonable attorney’s fees. In the event an improper chargeback is initiated, GoTourGlobal further reserves the right to cancel any associated travel reservations or services without notice.

For purposes of this policy, the following circumstances shall be deemed improper chargebacks, and GoTourGlobal retains the right to investigate and challenge such claims:

  • Chargebacks initiated on the basis of disagreement with or disregard for the stated cancellation or refund policy.
  • Chargebacks arising from non-refundable or non-cancellable reservations, whether or not the reservation was utilized.
  • Chargebacks initiated due to alleged discrepancies between supplier descriptions and customer expectations where the supplier has fulfilled the stated service.
  • Chargebacks relating to transactions authorized by individuals with access to the cardholder’s payment method, including but not limited to family members, friends, employees, or associates (excluding verified incidents of credit card fraud).
  • Chargebacks resulting from force majeure events or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of GoTourGlobal or its suppliers, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or travel restrictions.

GoTourGlobal encourages all customers to seek resolution directly with our support team prior to contacting their financial institution. Open communication enables faster and more equitable outcomes and helps ensure the continued availability of travel services for all clients.

8. PRICING, FEES, AND CURRENCY

  • All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Prices may change at any time before booking confirmation as availability and prices of hotels and flights fluctuates. You will be notified of such changes prior to booking being confirmed so that you consent if booking to be completed.
  • Any additional fees such as resort fees, baggage charges, local taxes, or service surcharges imposed by third-party providers are the responsibility of the traveler.

9. CHANGES TO ITINERARIES

GoTourGlobal reserves the right to make changes to its itineraries which we deem necessary for the ultimate success of the trip or are due to reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we will arrange for the substitution of comparable services. These changes will not be considered a material change and will not be considered cause for cancellation by the traveler.

Cruise Itineraries and Ship ChangesCruise schedules, routes, and vessels are established by the cruise operator and may be modified, substituted, or cancelled at any time without prior notice. GoTourGlobal does not control cruise line operations and cannot be held liable for any alterations to itineraries, ports of call, or ship assignments made by the cruise provider.

GoTourGlobal shall not be responsible for any costs, losses, or additional expenses that may result from such changes, including but not limited to airline tickets, rebooking fees, visa or documentation charges, or other travel-related expenses incurred by the traveler. All cruise arrangements are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the cruise line in effect at the time of travel.

10. THIRD - PARTY SERVICES AND EXTERNAL PROVIDERS

  • GoTourGlobal partners with airlines, hotels, transport companies, tour operators, and other third-party vendors.
  • When using third-party services, you are subject to their individual terms and conditions.
  • GoTourGlobal acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for service failures, delays, or negligence by external providers.
  • Flights / Airline reservations : Airline tickets arranged through GoTourGlobal are provided as an agent on behalf of independent air carriers. Travelers acknowledge that all carriers are independent contractors, and GoTourGlobal is not liable for any accident, injury, illness, delay, property loss, or other expenses arising from carrier acts or omissions, including those beyond their control. Liability for air travel is governed by the carrier’s contract of carriage, available on the airline’s website, and your ticket constitutes a direct contract between you and the airline.GoTourGlobal is not responsible for seat assignments, schedule changes, missed connections, cancellations, ticket refunds, or any other costs related to airline services. Fares are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until ticketed. Special fares may not be combined with other offers. Tickets purchased through GoTourGlobal must accompany a trip package. Electronic tickets will be sent with final documents. Airline cancellation and change fees apply, and travelers are responsible to confirm all departures with the carrier 24 hours in advance and be aware of any changes by the carrier.
  • Meals : If any meals are included, GoTourGlobal cannot be responsible for directly accommodating any food allergies, or dietary restrictions, and is not responsible for any issues or problems associated with such meals.
  • Hotel or Villa Accommodations: Accommodations are provided as detailed in your booking confirmation. Special requests and bedding configuration will be communicated to the supplier, however, such requests are not guaranteed and are based on availability. Hotel room sizes, facilities, and standards vary geographically including bed sizes and room sizes, air-conditioning, ADA and wheelchair accessibility compliance and bathroom amenities. For group trips or retreats, GoTourGlobal reserves the right to substitute similar hotels/villas for hotels/villas listed in your itinerary without notice. GoTourGlobal is not responsible for hotel overbookings or other changes in accommodations. In such cases, GoTourGlobal will use reasonable efforts to provide comparable lodging at its discretion. No refunds will be issued for substituted accommodations.All property descriptions, images, and amenities are provided by suppliers and may vary. Star ratings and classifications are based on local standards and may differ. GoTourGlobal is not liable for inaccuracies, omissions, or changes in supplier-provided information.
  • Transfer Services: GoTourGlobal arranges ground transfers according to each traveler’s confirmed itinerary. Travelers must be punctual for all scheduled transfers. Missed or unused transfers are non-refundable.Accurate flight details must be provided to GoTourGlobal no later than twenty-one (21) days before departure. Travelers are responsible for promptly notifying GoTourGlobal of any flight changes. Failure to provide correct or updated flight information may result in forfeiture of transfer services, with no refund or compensation.GoTourGlobal is not liable for delays, missed services, or additional costs arising from late arrival, incorrect information, or circumstances beyond its control. All transfer services are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the independent transportation providers engaged to perform them.
  • Tours/Excursions/Activities: All activities included in your purchased trip are provided as scheduled. Travelers are required to arrive on time for all experiences. Activities will begin promptly, and late arrivals will be considered a no-show, with no refund or compensation provided.Activity times are determined to optimize safety, viewing conditions, and overall group experience. Travelers acknowledge that early start times may be necessary and agree that late arrivals cannot be accommodated.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

GoTourGlobal shall not be held liable for delays, modifications,any loss, damage, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes,Act of God, epidemics, pandemics,inclement weather, storms or hurricanes, floods, warnings or alerts of any kind of nature, quarantine restrictions, government health advisories, riots, arrests,terrorism, political instability,government actions, damages to facilities including travel supplier facilities, or any other unforeseen circumstances or factors that impacts negatively on, or hampers our ability to fulfil any of the contractual terms. In the circumstances amounting to Force Majeure, GoTourGlobal will not be required to refund any amount to you, although if we can recover any monies from our suppliers, we will refund these to you excluding the original deposit that shall be used as compensation for the time spent planning the trip.

12. TRAVELER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

  • Engage in unlawful behavior or harassment towards staff or other travelers
  • Cause property damage or disrupt trip operations
  • Use GoTourGlobal platforms for fraud, spam, or unauthorized commercial activity
  • Abuse community features such as reviews or media submission sections

GoTourGlobal reserves the right to remove travelers from trips or suspend accounts for misconduct without refund.

13. USER GENERATED CONTENT (PHOTOS, MEDIA, & SUBMISSIONS)

  • Users may upload photos or content to their dashboard and explicitly grant media usage rights for promotional purposes.
  • By submitting content, you confirm that you own the rights to the media and authorize GoTourGlobal to use, edit, reproduce, and distribute it across marketing channels.
  • You may revoke marketing permission at any time by contacting support, though previously published media may remain in use.

14. PHOTOS, VIDEO, IMAGES, and OTHER MEDIA RELEASE

You agree that while participating in any of our group trips or retreats, GoTourGlobal and or it’s representative may take photographs or videos of the trip that may contain or feature you in part or in whole. You consent to any such pictures being taken and agree that hereby grants a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to GoTourGlobal, its affiliates and assigns, to reproduce for any purpose whatsoever (including marketing and promotions), in any medium whatsoever, whether currently known or hereinafter devised, without any further obligation or compensation payable to you.

By joining any GoTourGlobal group trips / retreat experiences, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and understand that photos, videos, and other media captured during the trip may be used by GoTourGlobal for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, marketing). GoTourGlobal upholds ethics and will avoid use of any nude or inappropriate contents.

Participation in these trips assumes full consent to this media use without obtaining further consent and without compensation. Each traveler releases GoTourGlobal and its representatives from any liability in connection with any use of such content. If you do not agree, please do not register for or attend these experiences.

15. REVIEWS,FEEDBACK, AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

  • Travelers may post reviews or feedback for completed or ongoing trips within their account area or in our social media channels.
  • Reviews must be respectful, truthful, and free of hate speech, harassment, or personal attacks.
  • GoTourGlobal retains the right to remove content that violates these standards.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All website content, trip itineraries, branding, logos, and digital materials are the intellectual property of GoTourGlobal.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

17. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

  • Personal data collected during the booking or account process is used solely for service provisioning, traveler communication, and operational needs.
  • GoTourGlobal does not sell personal data and only shares it with third-party partners when necessary to process travel arrangements.

18. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Cylock Inc. d.b.a. GoTourGlobal (“GoTourGlobal”), including its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, “GoTourGlobal Parties”), acts solely as an intermediary between customers and independent suppliers of travel services. These suppliers may include, but are not limited to, airlines, hotels, transportation companies, cruise lines, local tour operators, excursion providers, and other third-party vendors. All such suppliers are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, or representatives of GoTourGlobal.

As such, GoTourGlobal has no ownership or control over these entities and assumes no responsibility or liability for their acts, errors, omissions, or negligence. GoTourGlobal shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, death, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or other irregularity that may result directly or indirectly from:

  • Acts or omissions (negligent, reckless, or intentional) of any third-party supplier or service provider;
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, or pandemics;
  • Acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or other public disturbances;
  • Equipment failure, overbooking, or changes in accommodations or transportation;
  • Dangers associated with animals, insects, marine life, or natural environments;
  • Participation in recreational or adventure activities (including, but not limited to, swimming, boating, hiking, cycling, or similar activities)
  • Foodborne illness, sanitation issues, or lack of available medical care;
  • Delays or failures of transportation services to arrive, depart, or operate safely and on time; or
  • Any other event or condition beyond the direct control of GoTourGlobal.

By participating in travel arrangements or activities facilitated by GoTourGlobal, the traveler voluntarily releases and forever discharges the GoTourGlobal Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages, including those resulting from the ordinary negligence of GoTourGlobal, and accepts full personal responsibility for any resulting loss or injury.

19. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The traveler acknowledges that travel and related activities inherently involve risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, property loss, or death. These risks may arise from natural conditions, human error, third-party negligence, unsafe conditions, inadequate medical facilities, or other unforeseen factors. The traveler understands that weather, terrain, and local conditions may be unpredictable or hazardous, and that emergency medical assistance may be limited or unavailable in certain destinations.

By booking or participating in travel arranged by GoTourGlobal, the traveler knowingly and voluntarily assumes all associated risks, both known and unknown, as a condition of participation. The traveler accepts full responsibility for their own safety and well-being and agrees to release, defend, and hold harmless GoTourGlobal and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising out of participation in the trip, except where prohibited by law

The traveler further represents that they are physically and mentally capable of participating in the activities included in the trip and that no undisclosed condition exists which could endanger themselves or others. The traveler authorizes GoTourGlobal and its designated representatives to secure medical assistance or emergency care if deemed necessary and agrees to be solely responsible for any resulting expenses.

20. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

  • All services are provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability or error-free performance.
  • GoTourGlobal’s liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the booking.
  • GoTourGlobal is not responsible for personal expenses, travel delays, denied boarding, or losses caused by third-party providers.

21. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States.
  • Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
  • You waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or jury trial.

22. RIGHT OF REFUSAL

We reserve the right to refuse deposits for trip attendees for any reason.
